How We Got Started
Smitty Movers was born out of frustration with how moving services had been handled for too long — vague estimates that ballooned on moving day, crews that showed up unprepared, and companies that disappeared the moment something went wrong. We knew the industry could do better, and we set out to prove it.
From day one, we committed to a different approach: train every mover properly, give customers accurate information before they book, and build a process that removes uncertainty from what is already a stressful day. That foundation hasn't changed as we've grown.
